1. Kailua Mini Storage DOES NOT provide any labor for the moving process. The moving vehicle operator is only
responsible for operating the moving vehicle. There must be someone present for moving the customer’s belongings
onto and off of the moving vehicle.
2. Kailua Mini Storage allows ONE free pick-up per locker owned by customer. This pick up is ONLY from pick-up
destination to Kailua Mini Storage. There will be a $25/hr charge for additional pick-ups. The times for pick-up are from 8:
00 am to 2:00 pm. Appointment must be made at least 24 hours before pick-up. (Pick-up times are subject to driver’s
schedule)
3. Kailua Mini Storage requires that customer(s) be ready for pick-up when moving truck arrives. Customer(s) will be
given a 30 minute grace period to begin loading belongings into the moving vehicle. If belongings are not in the process
of being moved in to the moving vehicle after the 30 minute grace period, the customer’s free pick-up service will be
cancelled.
4. Kailua Mini Storage’s “After Hours Fee” will be in affect during the moving process. The customer(s) must be
completely moved into unit by 6:00 pm. If customer(s) is not finished with the moving process by 6:00 pm, customer(s) will
be charged $25 for every 15 minutes after 6:00 pm.
5. Kailua Mini Storage is not responsible for any damages that may occur to belongings during transportation from
pick-up location to Kailua Mini Storage.

wearing a seat-belt at all times during the transportation of belongings.
